Her expertise spans AI innovation, market entry, executive transitions, and organizational culture, equipping leaders with the communications plans they need to guide their companies confidently through growth and disruption.

Before founding her own practice, Jessica led internal and executive communications at GitHub, where she drove C-suite messaging and designed methods for connecting employees with business priorities during the company’s rapid post-acquisition growth and entry into the AI race. Her career includes leadership roles at top technology companies and agencies, and she is an expert in executive positioning, organizational storytelling, and change communications.
