With nearly two decades of experience in corporate communications, Jessica has built a reputation as a trusted partner and advisor to executives. Her expertise spans AI innovation, market entry, executive transitions, and organizational culture, equipping leaders with the communications plans they need to guide their companies confidently through growth and disruption.

Before founding her own practice, Jessica led internal and executive communications at GitHub, where she drove C-suite messaging and designed methods for connecting employees with business priorities during the company’s rapid post-acquisition growth and entry into the AI race. Her career includes leadership roles at top technology companies and agencies, and she is an expert in executive positioning, organizational storytelling, and change communications. She is known for helping companies not just weather change but emerge stronger, with engaged audiences and a renewed sense of purpose.

Based in Marin County, California, Jessica is also a passionate Girl Scout volunteer and an enthusiastic planner of family adventures alongside her husband and two young daughters. She is a voracious reader, a budding hiker, and a stubborn and vocal defender of the Oxford comma.
